Oscar Perez Sr.

Oscar Perez Sr., founded Nabeta on January 6th, 1978, a Certified Public Accountant in his native country of Uruguay, South America, he revalidated his tile at Montclair State University in New Jersey. He has become an expert in all areas of taxation with specialization in the working class, homeowners, and multiple investment properties. As the owner, his responsibility each and every year, is to continue his education in order to adhere and comply to new tax law changes in so that he and his staff may offer our clients the best legal tax advice and minimize the tax liability for everyone.

Oscar G. (Jerry) Perez E.A.

As the General Manager of Nabeta, Jerry is in charge of the strategic planning of the company. He graduated New York University with a degree in Finance and Management and minor in Political Science in 1991. He also holds a Certificate of Enrollment with the IRS as an Enrolled Agent with over 15 years experience in tax matters and client representation. As well as assisting with daily operations in Nabeta, he manages Strategia Business Solutions which is the sister company of Nabeta providing accounting and payroll solutions for many small to midsized companies. Jerry’s main goal and passion is to guide his individual and business clients to a better financial future.

Adriana Perez

Is the Office Manager and in charge of overseeing our staff she is dedicated to help new and existing clients achieve their financial objectives by serving as their tax and financial advisor and thus identifying tax strategies and solutions. Experienced in preparation of individual and amended tax returns with the appropriate taxing authorities. Prior to joining Nabeta in 2004, Adriana held the position of Corporate Credit Manager for more than 15 yrs for a $200M Ribbon and Narrow fabric company, consisting of 26 Associates. She was responsible for the review of financial, credit reports and other credit information to determine credit lines for customer accounts. She managed bad debt accounts as well as in bankruptcy and/or placed with collection agencies. Reviewed and approved customer deductions and credit memo processing. Worked with outside agencies to develop contracts with credit insurance, credit reports and dunning services.

Ivonne Gavranovich

As Supervising Manager of Strategia Business Solutions Inc she is in charge of accounting for over 200 small companies and their federal and state filings with a staff of three people. She graduated the University of Piura in Peru with a degree in Arts in Science. With more than seven years of experience in accounting she played a vital role in doubling the annual sales while continuing to provide the highest caliber of service and professionalism in which Nabeta Accounting has built its reputation. Her prior past experience included a supervisor position with a School of Language in Virginia with a staff of six people. As well as more than 10 years of experience in the academic and administrative departments.

Olga Marin

Works in the capacity of tax preparer for our company, she brings with her over 6 years of experience in this field. Prior to joining our company she held the position of Administrator at the Cooperative University in her native country of Colombia. She became part of our team in June of 2006.

Nubia Rivera

Graduated Paralegal Assistant in the United States and a Certified Travel Specialist. With over 20 years of experience, she is well prepared to meet most of our Clientele needs. As a travel Specialist and knowledgeable of the market, she continues to expand her expertise to offer the very best and inexpensive service to our customer.
